3D MODEL DESCRIPTION
A free file, offering three different version of a melting gun for your Knight models.

One unshielded version.
One with a bell-like shield that is cut away for the targeting sensors.
One with a Suturus pattern oblong, lozenge shape.

Magnetization helps. I have included pics of the process.

I removed the factory weapon and it's "Y" yoke, since I had already assembled it.
That leaves a horseshoe-shaped platform jutting from the side of the Knight's torso.
I then glue an 8mm x 3mm magnet to that platform (you can use an 8 x 2 or 6 x 2, also).
On the weapons, I glue a stack of small washers.

Metric sizes, I use 4mm inner diameter, 9mm outer diameter.
Imperial sizes, I use #4 or #6 washers.

Also, check out my other Knight parts, most of which are free!

Enjoy melting heretics and xenos!

Digital Sculptor from back in the day. Rhino3D user.
I have an Imperial Knight army I make custom parts for, and I also make parts in support of my science fiction novels.

No tips needed for the free parts, though I recently moved into pay sales on some of the fancier parts.

Instead, I'd appreciate if you took a look at my writing.

Want to read some mech fiction? Here's book one in my Junctionworld trilogy from Aethon Books.
